What days do you operate?

The food truck is available for catering events 24/7.

How far in advance should I reserve your catering truck?

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is greatly appreciated. The sooner you submit a Catering Request Form, then the sooner we can save your date and contact to discuss.

I have filled out the catering request form, does this mean I booked the event?

No, the form is only a request. Once received we will check our availability and get back to you within 24 hours.

What about parking?

Clients are responsible for securing parking. The truck can park on private property with no additional permits needed as long as we have permission from the property owner. We cannot park on streets or sidewalks without city permitting.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For all catering events, we require a 20% deposit to hold your date. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Checks should be made out to Houston Food Truck Catering. A $50 fee will be charged for any bounced or returned checks.

Is there a service charge?

The service charge is 18% for any catered events. Additional gratuity can be added at your discretion.
